Stor Valley is a family-led drinks brand rooted in the orchards of the Kent & Sussex Weald. We grow and press our fruit with care, working with the seasons and the full harvest. Our juices are made simply, using only a handful of ingredients, so the character of the orchard comes through.

Our simplest expression of the orchard. Apples grown in the Kent & Sussex Weald, pressed on the farm and lightly sparkling. Made with only a handful of ingredients.
Pressed apple juice and raspberry, balanced for freshness and drinkability. Lightly sparkling and made simply, with real fruit doing the work.
Pressed apple juice with a gentle warmth from ginger. Lightly sparkling, refreshing and full of character.
Pressed apple juice paired with elderflower for a fresh, floral finish. Lightly sparkling and carefully made, allowing the fruit to remain at the centre.
OUR STORY
Stor Valley begins in the orchards of the Kent & Sussex Weald.
Here, fruit is grown in chalk, clay and sandy soils, shaped by generations of orchard heritage. The land is managed with care for biodiversity, for bees and for the seasons still to come, with each harvest shaped by the next.
As a family-led orchard business, we believe in doing things properly, growing locally, working responsibly and making drinks that can be shared easily across generations.

MADE SIMPLY
Sparkling water is added. Nothing more.
We grow and press our fruit on the same farm, keeping the character of the orchard intact. Sparkling water is added. Nothing more. Each recipe is kept simple, with only a handful of ingredients.
We work with the full harvest, including fruit that might otherwise be overlooked. Shape matters less than quality.
